2010 Summer Camps

Just4Keepers offers specialized weekly Summer Training Camps to boys and girls from grass roots to seniors! Weekly training is designed to meet goalkeepers at their individual needs to help them become the best keeper that they can be. Whether goalkeepers come to Just4Keepers for fun and to learn, or they are more serious about their goalkeeping, there is something for everyone.

Training is in a fun environment... with no pressure on the goalkeepers. The training atmosphere is comfortable so students will feel at ease and eager to learn. For the goalkeepers who are serious about being professional, not only will you get the chance to train just like a professional goalkeeper, you will get advice, help, support, contacts and the backing of someone who has achieved what you personally are trying to do! Finally, for all goalkeepers J4K Canada will officially guarantee fun, learning and most importantly, IMPROVEMENT!

What Techniques Would The Keeper Learn?

There are many techniques that keepers will develop through the J4K Summer Camp System to help them perform... to name but a few:

  J4K Goalkeeper Stance
  Footwork (sidestep, crossover, shuffle, back peddle)
  Handling & Catching (hand formations) with Pressure and Obstacles
  Diving (ground, air, cross arm, overhead, tipping)
  Distribution Techniques (Low roll, overhand throw, half/full volley, dribble + drive)
  Communication and Organization of Defence
  Controlling Crosses under pressure
