The hardest part of managing and growing J4K has been trying to find coaches with the same mentality, passion and caring for the position as I do. Passion is the key word for me when it comes to Coaching , Experience is another key factor for me ,does this coach have any Professional Experience that he can pass on to my goalkeepers in a proper fashion. Respect is something I can't live without; I have a zero tolerance level for arrogant Goalkeepers or Coaches. Discipline is the final attribute for any coach who wants to be a determining factor in an athlete's life, without it you lose control and when that happens everything else falls apart.
