7, 8, 9 yr. olds participating in Goalkeeping classes taught to young budding goalkeepers we start off by teaching them all the basic movements from catching a ball to diving and the different mental and emotional skills that are required to help them not only in sports but also in life. At all stages we reinforce key words like Respect for the Game & Discipline which is required to master all of the different components to becoming a great goalkeeper and last but not least is Honour to play the game fairly and to be responsible for their actions on and off the field. All of our coaches play at the highest level in Canada and have all been cleared to work with children. (Police Check). These Rugratz classes are taught in every J4K territory. We have kept the cost down so that as many goalkeepers as possible can take advantage of the training. At Just4Keepers we strive to maintain the best equipment, the best Coaches and the best fields.

J4K JUNIORS

10, 11, 12 & 13 yr olds putting emphasis on teaching the basic to advanced goalkeeping techniques.

. GK. Stance (A comfortable stance used by most European Goalkeepers)
. Catching and Handling (We establish all the different methods of handling the ball)
. Diving (We break down ground dives and air dives from basic to advanced)
. Breakaways (One of the hardest things for a goalkeeper, we break it down till it makes sense)
. Highballs (Understanding the importance of attacking high balls and dominating Air Space)
. Footwork (Continuous foot drills emphasizing speed, coordination and agility)
. Field Player Skills (This is something that we stress upon our goalkeepers every session)
. Distribution (We work continuously on distribution with consequences)
. Angle Play (Teaching goalkeepers how to quickly cut down an angle with ease)

Goalkeepers who grow through the ranks at Just4Keepers take with them the knowledge that anything in life is possible because we ingrain it into their heads while they train , Respect , Discipline and Honour are not merely words but actions that we teach them to follow.

14,15 & 16 Yr Olds Emphasising Advanced Goalkeeping Techniques

. Angles & Positioning (Teaching goalkeepers how to quickly cut down an angle with ease)
. Distribution (We work continuously on distribution with consequences)
. Learning To Read The Game ( Learning to play the" What If Game")
. Controlling Your Box ( Learning to Dominate your 18 yard box)
. Dead Balls ( Countering the different positions and set plays used by top strikers)
. Field Player Skills (This is something that we stress upon our goalkeepers every Session.)

16,17,18, & 19 Yr Olds Emphasis on Technical, Tactical and Game Analysis

. Learning to Read the Game Faster ( Teach them what to expect so it's not a surprise)
. Immediate Distribution (Counter Attack with speed and determination)
. Pass Back & Control ( Learning to receive the ball with pressure and not Panic)
. Rapid Diving (Second and Third Save , Learning never to give up on the play)
. Breakaway Scenarios ( Again Teaching the What if game at an early age helps with this)
. Positioning on Dead Balls (Countering the different positions and set plays)
. High Crosses with Control ( Controlling the Air Space in your Box)
