Benefits: This winter's sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our new site where the goalkeepers will have the chance to observe their training from a different perspective. The class structure has been made smaller so that we can concentrate on all aspects of the game as well as being able to give our utmost attention to every goalkeeper. We are training in the best facilities with the best equipment and we take these classes very seriously, DISCIPLINE is going to be a key word for all goalkeepers in this New Year, if you are serious about becoming the best goalkeeper than J4K is the place for you.

The Five main components of this Winters Training Program will be:
1. Cross Taking
2. Shot Stopping
3. Distribution
4. Handling
5. Communication

There are only 18 spaces available per hour and I will be trying my best to balance the class out with age and ability in mind. A goalkeeper needs to be challenged at all times if he or she is going to grow so it is my responsibility to make sure that the classes are balanced and challenging for all who participate.
